Refunds and withdrawal
Two separate rights. You always get whichever one leaves you better off.
Our refund rule
You can get a full refund any time until the next stage after your purchase is booked — up to that point nothing has been committed for your spot. On top of that you always have 14 days from your purchase to cancel for any reason, whichever of the two gives you longer. Once your picture has been part of a booked stage, that spot is no longer refundable. Two exceptions apply either way: if your picture cannot be shown because it breaks the content rules, or if we take it down, you get your money back in full.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day the contract was concluded — that is, from the day you bought your spot.

Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will repay everything you paid us, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original purchase unless you expressly agree to something else, and you will not be charged any fee for the repayment.

Why we do not ask you to waive it
Digital content can normally be delivered against a waiver of this right. We do not ask for one, and we do not collect any acknowledgement of loss of the right of withdrawal. It costs us nothing — at least 14 days pass between a funding mark being reached and anything being shown — and it means nobody has to tick away a right to buy a spot.
