Terms
What you get when you buy a spot, and what we promise about the showings.
What you are buying
Your spot on the frame is yours from the moment you buy it, and it stays yours. The four stages get booked as the funding marks are reached — and from your purchase on, your picture is in every showing that follows.
Every picture is reviewed
A person looks at every upload before it appears. We may ask you to prove you are allowed to publish what your picture shows, and we may turn a picture down — the whole frame has to pass a broadcaster's content standards, and one picture that does not can stop all of them. If we cannot publish yours, you get your money back in full.
What you confirm when you upload
That the picture is yours to publish, including the agreement of anyone recognisable in it and of any brand it shows, and that it keeps to the content rules.
Refunds
You can get a full refund any time until the next stage after your purchase is booked — up to that point nothing has been committed for your spot. On top of that you always have 14 days from your purchase to cancel for any reason, whichever of the two gives you longer. Once your picture has been part of a booked stage, that spot is no longer refundable. Two exceptions apply either way: if your picture cannot be shown because it breaks the content rules, or if we take it down, you get your money back in full.
Withdrawal
Fourteen days, on top of the above. How that works.
How sharp it looks
Your picture sits on the frame at the size you bought. In a wide shot of the whole frame it is small; each showing therefore starts with the whole frame and then zooms in, a section at a time. How sharp it ends up looking depends on the broadcaster, the stream and the screen it is watched on — none of which we control.
If a showing cannot happen
A stage being funded means the money for it exists — it does not by itself mean a venue or broadcaster has agreed. That conversation happens after the funding mark is reached, and it can still fail: a broadcaster passes, a venue's calendar does not line up, a deal falls through late.
If that happens, we work to book a comparable substitute showing of the frame and announce it the same way we would have announced the original. If no comparable substitute is booked within twelve months of the original showing being confirmed as not happening, everyone whose purchase counted toward that stage receives a credit for the full price they paid, redeemable toward a future spot on go-pixel.me.
This is separate from, and does not reduce, the two cases above where you get cash back in full: a picture that cannot be shown because it breaks the content rules, or one we take down ourselves.

Liability
Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, and capped at the price you paid for your spot. We are not liable for the decisions or performance of a broadcaster, venue or platform — those are third parties we do not control. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
Austrian law governs this contract. For business customers, the courts with jurisdiction over Philipp Racher's registered business seat have exclusive jurisdiction. For consumers, this does not affect any mandatory consumer-protection rights or venue rules of your own country of residence.
